Recently purchased the polished brass STRIA folding ruler, recived the order undamaged, and had a great feel to it, from the packaging, to the weight and to the way the ruler clicked at the desired angles, the product is a true piece of craftmanship in every aspect. Also would highly recommend obtaining the complete set, with hovel plane and the iris.

The sheath is very nice when carrying the ruler. It protect the ruler from scratching. One thing I would mention, though minor, is that the sheath is a bit too tight that I have to pull the ruler with some force. Next time, a little bit loosely fit size for sheath.
